On Saturday, May 18th, 2024 we gathered with friends and students to celebrate another year on “la via al libero canto” at our annual Libero Canto Festival. Events included a special masterclass, in which Deborah, Kinga, and teachers in our Libero Canto community worked with their students in preparation for our evening recital. Then, we celebrated Edvin Szamosi’s 100th birthday by sharing some of our favorite videos, essays, music, and memories. The day came to a close with our annual concert, featuring excerpts from our recent workshop on Gluck’s Orphée, a student recital, and more!
